Alligator Juniper

This is the primary wood we use to create most of our furniture. It is a slow growing native species that takes about 50 to 60 years to grow one inch. It is native to New Mexico, West Texas, and Arizona. It gets its name from its heavily textured bark that resembles Alligator skin.
