These a natural stone and can very in color dramatically. For example the two images on the left are both Azurite followed by two pieces of Kingman turquoise on the right. |
| You can request any type of stone to be inlaid into your piece. We have inlaid everything from Jewelry grade Opal, to stones found on our customers property. Please contact us and let us know what you would like. |

Turquoise is named after the mine that it is found in. This also explains why sometimes a stone with the same name may very so dramatically. Certain mines have been closed making there stones more valuable. For example: The Number 8 turquoise mine is in the Lynn mining district in Eureka County, Nevada. The mine is considered depleted and has not produced turquoise for a number of years. |
